BERTHA LILLIAN SMITH (nee STOCKLEY) On November 24, 2012 at age 97, Mom was too tired to carry on and passed away peacefully. Born February 8, 1915 she loved to bowl and play cribbage. She volunteered at Misericordia gift shop for over 30 years. She was predeceased by husband Robert Lloyd in 1975. They had resided in Elmwood for many years and had been transferred to Montreal with Air Canada. Left to mourn are sons Robert (Barbara) and granddaughter Andrea and Richard (Lynda) and granddaughters Lindsey and Stephanie and many nieces and nephews. Thank you to emergency staff at Concordia hospital and staff at River East P.C.H. for all their care. At Bertha's request, cremation will take place and a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Chapel Lawn www.chapellawn.ca 885-9715
