DENNIS DEITZ September 2, 1940 - November 30, 2012 On Friday, November 30, 2012 Dennis passed away peacefully with his beloved wife Robin by his side. Left to forever cherish Dennis' memory are his devoted wife Robin, his family, and many friends. Over his lifetime Dennis made many lasting friendships, but none as special as that with his childhood friend Bill Anderson. As per Dennis' wishes, cremation has taken place, and a private interment will take place at a later date. The family wishes to express its thanks to Teulon Hunter Memorial Hospital Palliative Care. A very special thanks to Dr. Mike Loudon. A celebration of Dennis' life will be held on Saturday, December 8, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at the MacKenzie Funeral Chapel in Teulon, MB, Highway #7. In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Winnipeg Humane Society in Dennis' honour would be appreciated. In all the universe, in all time, you are the only you. Never again will your footsteps be repeated upon the earth. Your strength is the strength someone can count on. Your love is the love that can make the difference. I met Dennis through Subterranean (where Dennis worked) when I was a junior engineer. We drilled a lot of test holes together and I certainly have some great memories of those days.
