Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryLUCILLE Y. HEARD (nee FORTIN) Peacefully on Friday, November 30, 2012, Lucielle passed away with her son Larry by her side. Lucielle is predeceased by her husband Jack and eldest son Ken. Survived by son Larry. Lucielle spent most of her life in The Pas MB. She moved to Winnipeg in the 70s where she spent her remaining years. She loved gardening and crocheting blankets. Later in life, after losing her sight, Lucielle became a member of the CNIB. I would like to thank Mom's special friends, Maryon Hurst and her late husband Jerry for their help and friendship through the years. Cremation has taken place and no formal service will be held. I am truly sorry to hear of Lucille's passing...I never knew her,but heard of her through my Mother...My Mom had worked for Her family when Mom and Lucille were both very young...Mom felt like a sister to her...they had lost contact over the years...and I have been searching for Lucille for many years so that maybe Mom would have had the privilege to talk to her again before she died....but Mom passed away 3 1/2 years ago @ the age of 97. - Posted by: Anne Khan (She was a dear friend to My Mother..) on: Dec 23, 2012
