KENNETH EDWARD BERKIS On December 21, 2012, Kenneth Edward Berkis passed away at Riverview Health Centre after a brief battle with Cancer. Born in Fork River, Manitoba on February 19, 1937, he is survived by wife of 44 years Jocelyn (nee Krawchuk), sons Christopher (Krista) and Michael, sisters Loretta (Gene) Burtnyk and Brenda (Warren) Reishus, sister-in-law Marylou Krawchuk, and many nieces and nephews. He is pre-deceased by parents Zetta and William, brothers Rudy, Andy, Nelson and Elmer, sisters Lydia (Valainis), Helen and Hilda. The family would like to thank CancerCare Manitoba and Riverview Palliative Care. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to CancerCare Manitoba in memory of Ken. Memorial Service on Friday, December 28, 2012, at 10:00 a.m. at Glen Eden, 4477 Main St., West St. Paul, MB. Glen Eden Funeral Home 338-7111

I was so sorry Brenda and Chibby to hear about Ken's passing. I know how sad his family and both of you will be and miss him. You are in the our thoughts and prayers. We are very sorry to hear about Ken's passing. We have many fond memories of time spent together. Ken and his family were great neighbors, and we had many special times together.
