Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryANGELITA CORNEJO ROSALES March 15, 1946 - December 25, 2012 With great sadness, we announce the passing of our beloved Angelita Cornejo Rosales on December 25, 2012, after a battle with cancer. Angelita was a loving and caring wife, mother, sister and grandmother. She was married to her loving husband Rogelio for 43 years; they had two children, son Roland (Lisa, Ava) and daughter Aileen (Allan, Justin, Jasmine). She was predeceased by her mother, Esperanza in 2007 and her daughter, Aileen in 2011. Left to cherish her memory also is her sister Fe (Nestor, Jackie, Allan), brothers in the Philippines Tony, Mando, and Bien, and brother-in-law Amado (Mila, Joseph, Cynthia). Angelita was born in Lipa City, Philippines. Angelita and her family moved to Winnipeg in 1975 where she met many lifelong friends. She worked for many years at Paulin's and Gourmet Baker. She had many activities and interests, including baking, cooking, line-dancing, and spending time with friends and family. Family would like to express their heartfelt thanks and gratitude to the staff at River View Health Care (3 East) for the compassionate care they provided to Angelita in her final days. Viewing (Lamay) will be held on Thursday, January 3 and Friday, January 4 from 6:00 p.m. to 12:00 midnight at Glen Eden Funeral Home, 4477 Main Street. Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, January 5 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Edward's Catholic Church, 818 Arlington Street. Glen Eden Funeral Home 338-7111
