Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryANNE DIACZYNSKI Anne Diaczynski passed away suddenly at the Grace Hospital on Wednesday, December 26, 2012 at the age of 84 years. Left to lovingly remember her are her daughters, Teena Guffei and Linda Carlson, their husbands Romeo Guffei and Bill Carlson and grandchildren; Anne Guffei and Jonathon Carlson as well as numerous brothers and sisters. Relatives and friends are invited to a prayer service at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 2, 2013 at Neil Bardal Funeral Centre, 3030 Notre Dame Avenue (across from Brookside Cemetery). Interment will follow at Brookside Cemetery. The family would like to thank the staff and doctors at the Grace Hospital for their care. In lieu of flowers, donations in Anne's memory may be made to the Christmas Cheer board of Winnipeg, 1385 Ellice Avenue, Winnipeg, MB R3G 0G3.
