MARY BOIVIN (nee OZUK) It is with great sadness the family would like to announce the passing of their mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister, Mary on Saturday, January 5, 2013, at the Fred Douglas Lodge. Mary was predeceased by her husband Leo; her daughter Theresa and her son Richard, both in infancy; her daughter-in-law Barbara, seven brothers and three sisters. Mom will be lovingly remembered by her children, Leo, Margaret Truss (Rick), Bob (Debbie); her grandchildren: Theresa (Arek), Rhonda, Michael (Megan), Amanda (Danny) and seven great-grandchildren, her sister Helen Haydn, as well as many other relatives and friends. Thank you to the Fred Douglas Lodge for their care and compassion given to our Mom. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 10 at Desjardins Funeral Chapel, 357 Des Meurons Street. A private family interment will take place at a later date at Glen Lawn Memorial Gardens. In keeping with what was important to Mary, in lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to The Winnipeg Humane Society, 45 Hurst Way, Winnipeg, MB R3T 0R3 (phone 204-982-2041). I will always hold fond memories of when I was very young at Christmas time close to my heart, being with my family eating and laughing, playing with my cousins Lee and Theresa. When nothing else mattered in the world knowing that going to Grandma's was always special times, lots of love and Watching "Kingsmen Bingo" Saturdays.
