  • Bob I've known you for so many years that it feels like you were in our family forever. I knew you back in your spitfire years, when you loved working on your cars, hanging out with your friends and saying and doing whatever you wanted to do. But I can say that you did mellow over the years.. I will miss the laughter and stories we told while sitting out on the deck drinking our coffee. And I will forever miss you calling me (Heh Ma) to come and watch an old western with you. You left way too soon Bob, but I am so thankful that you went in peace. I will always Love and Miss you. Until we meet again my friend. Love Always Ma! - Posted by: Maureen Ousey ( Ma ) (Mother-in-Law) on: Jan 21, 2013

  • Well what can I say you were quite the character you were a great friend and a great neighbour. I was glad we were able to spend some time together when we went on the trip to Thunder Bay in November. You were like a second father to me - Posted by: Bill Anderson (Friend) on: Jan 21, 2013

  • It is difficult to find the right words in moments of sorrow. There are no words powerful enough, no music soothing enough to ease your pain at a time like this. I am thinking of you and wishing you strength through this sadness of Bob's passing. You will find consolation in knowing how much you loved and cared for each other. These special memories will live in your heart forever. With My Deepest Sympathy - Posted by: Lynne Stevens (Friend) on: Jan 16, 2013

  • Bob....you have been in my life almost all my life. You were definitely a handful in the earlier days....but we Ousey women had a lot of fun keeping you on track! You loved being the brother-in-law that stuck it out in the family...always telling us you were the best and couldn't be duplicated. You & Pop were quite the twosome and made us all laugh when the drinks were pouring. Sorry to see you go so soon but forever thankful you didn't suffer. - Posted by: Dianne Ousey Hathaway (Sister in law) on: Jan 10, 2013

  • Bob...sooo hard to believe you're gone...you were like a father to me. Always there with the cold, hard truth...whether you wanted to hear it or not... I will miss your laughter, kooky sense of humor and beating your butt at Crazy 8's...I loved you dearly and will never forget the kindness and love you and Val have shown to myself and my children...Rest In Paradise Dad...you are no longer in pain but one with the angels...our world has lost a wonderful man while heaven has gained another angel to walk among the others...love always, Elsie xoxoxo - Posted by: Elsie Cormier (Daughter in law) on: Jan 09, 2013

  • Bob has been in our family for over 50 years now, and he was like the brother we never had. (And he talked and acted like a brother would be. LOL ) I remember him being funny and saying funny stuff and not realizing it. Like calling you a wrench but he meant a wench. We have a store by us that is called Git Go. One day he asked me to take you to the Giddy Up and Go. We all laughed so hard and never let him forget it. I will miss that funny stuff. He loved his family, and my Mom (Ma) had a very special place in his heart. You went way too soon Bob!! I wish you Peace! Love Always Laine XOXOXO - Posted by: Lainey Amodeo (Sister-in Law) on: Jan 09, 2013

  • To my Bob, I love you and will miss you and the hardest part is I don't understand. I go to your house and ask for you and then tell people to shhhhh ! Bob sleeping. I know you will watch over me from the sky and see me grow and I know you are smiling down at me. I love you my Bob ! - Posted by: Abby Amodeo (Great niece ) on: Jan 09, 2013

  • Thank you for everything my dearest friend. - Posted by: anonymous (friend) on: Jan 09, 2013

  • Uncle Bob, my words cannot express the loss that I feel with you not hear with us anymore. I remember the first time we met and we sat on the deck smoking and you gave me the hardest time. I knew from that moment on that you were the best person ever! With you gone now in peace with no more pain I take the greatest memories from our time together from sitting and laughing together on the deck to going to the casino and you following me around and winning on all the machines that I had just lost on. You will always have a strong place in my heart until the day we see each other again, not soon but we will. I love you always !!!!!!! - Posted by: Caitlin campbell (Niece ) on: Jan 09, 2013

  • Uncle Bob, I can't believe you're gone! Some days it doesn't seem fair but I know you're happy now and in no pain. It won't be the same going to work and not seeing you in the museum parking lot watching airplanes at 4:30 a.m. or going to the casino to win the Big One! I will always love you and miss you tremendously. I can't come right now because I have to look after my family but one day we will be together again, playing those slots to win the big one which we will ! Love you with all my heart forever. - Posted by: Josh Amodeo (Nephew) on: Jan 09, 2013
