Date of Passing: Jan 07, 2013
Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemorySALLY (SHUMA) DUMA (nee BZOVEY) On January 7, 2013 our Shuma suddenly and quietly slipped the bonds of her earthly body, releasing her from physical pain to become the free spirit we all remember. Sally leaves her dearest husband of 55 years Larry Duma, her sister Rose and brother-in-law Steve to mourn her passing. Though she had no children of her own, Shuma leaves those she called "Her Kids"; nieces Tracy Pulak-D'Aoust (Charles) and Val Bialkowski, nephews Brian Bialkowski and Allan Bialkowski (Brendan) as well as many cherished nieces, nephews, and godchildren. She also will be deeply missed by her true "lights of her life"; her grand-nephews Jeremy (Melissa), Nolan and Kaden. Sally was predeceased by her mother Anna, father William, brothers Andrew and Orest in infancy, sister Alice Bialkowski (Stafford), brother Peter (Marge), sister Emily Bialkowski (Walter) and brother Dymetro Buz (Margaret). In accordance with Sally's wishes, there will be a private family service and interment at Glen Eden Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, please feel free to make a donation in Sally's name to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Manitoba or a charity of your conscience. Glen Eden Funeral Home 338-7111

Over the decades I've heard many "Larry and Sally" stories from my sister Linda, and although I only met them a few times, Larry and Sally have always been regarded as family by all of us. I know Linda will miss her "third sister". With warmest thoughts and deepest sympathy, Richard and Joanne - Posted by: Joanne Tabor (Sister of Linda Carman) on: Jan 10, 2013
