ROBERT LUCIEN JOSEPH LAURENCELLE
Born: Aug 29, 1962
Date of Passing: Jan 16, 2013
Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryROBERT LUCIEN JOSEPH LAURENCELLE August 29, 1962 - January 16, 2013 Upon a sudden illness, Robert Lucien Joseph Laurencelle passed away at home surrounded by family at the age of 50. Robert leaves to mourn, his mother (Lucille Grenier) and father (Lucien Laurencelle) and his many sisters, brothers, nieces and nephews; Richard Laurencelle (Destin, Alynne), Carole Baldwin (Sandy, Ian, Brenna, Corey), Raymond Laurencelle (Doris, Janelle, Sean, Dominique), Collette St-Amant (Pierre, Rochelle, Justin, Julien), Ronald Laurencelle (Bobbie, Jamie, Samantha); along with a large extended family and many friends and colleagues. Robert was a kind spirit who always smiled at you with his eyes. A welder for many years following the family trade, Robert felt comfortable on the road, following the pipeline from coast to coast. He worked with many excellent welders during his career but loved working with his father and brother most. He spent much of his time snowmobiling and relaxing at his country home, always making a point of spending time with his Mom and Dad. Robert always popped in and out of our lives here and there...taking time to say Hi! Robert was generous and kind and his presence will be missed. Peaceful journey Robert! A private service will be held for family. Interment of his cremated remains to follow this Spring at the family plot in St-Labre. LECLAIRE BROTHERS in care of arrangements, 204-775-2220.

Robert will be sadly missed!! I have not seen Robert in years, but your family has and always will be good memories to me. Robert was a fun happy guy. I still can see his smile. As a parent who has also lost a child, my heart bleeds for you. He was needed for some important work above I believe. He will always be with you, as an angel now. To watch over all of his family and friends. oxo - Posted by: Jo-Ann Gregoire (Old school friend and neighbour in St Norbert) on: Jan 23, 2013

Robert has been a lifelong friend for more than 30 yrs. I have many, many great memories of him and the many great times we shared. He was mischievous, funny, big joker and a man with a big kind heart. I will never forget his smiling eyes, crazy giggle & wonderful heart. Love lives on forever in each memory and thought of those who've shared our lives and all the happiness they've brought. Love lives on forever. It will never fade away. For, in our hearts, our loved ones are with us every day. May the love of friends and family give comfort in this difficult time. My deepest sympathies to the Laurencelle family. I know he loved you all very much; as you did him. - Posted by: Louise Champagne (Long-time friend) on: Jan 23, 2013

We are so sorry for your loss and send our thoughts and prayers. Bob and I shared so many great times...and some crazy times! Richard's in North Van, the beach in White Rock, and visiting Ray, Doris, Carol and all the family in Winnipeg. Fond memories of winter slip sliding in shiny shoes on the way to the St B and the visit to Kelowna with my girls. One of the fondest was us cutting grass in the rain- part of my landscaping jobs in Penticton - covered all green, grabbing a bottle of shampoo and jumping into Okanagan lake before we headed out for a few brewskis. Most of all, warm conversation and laughs. I will miss him but know I will see him again one day. - Posted by: Michel Laurencelle Savard (cousini) on: Jan 21, 2013

I met Robert in Gr 8, he was my 1st boyfriend, he was the sweetest, kindest, most loving boyfriend, he had eyes that made you melt. I moved away when I was 18 and to my sadness we did not stay in touch, but from what I have read he didn't change too much. I have special memories of Robert I keep close to my heart. My deepest Sympathies to the Laurencelle family. - Posted by: Belinda Marie Leronowich (Highschool Girlfriend) on: Jan 21, 2013

I'll miss you. Thank you, for what you brought into my life. The smiles and laughter we share. The Caddy that gave us so much enjoyment. Not to mention how my step-dad got lots of money back on that car for you from the original ower. By scaring the wits out of him with the mechanical inspection he did for you ;) Miles may have kept us from being close but our hearts told us different. Till I see you again, xoxoxo - Posted by: Brandy Kenny (friend) on: Jan 19, 2013
