Helen, the older sister of my friend Joan (formerly of Simcoe Ave), was always a joy to know and chat with. She took an interest in us 'kids', and gave us time & attention. She stood by her family through thick and thin. It was an honour to know her. She will be greatly missed. My condolences to the all her family members. I met Helen many years ago at music workshops. We always had such a good time together sharing stories about our students and our families. Hleen was my angel who helped when I moved on my own with my children. I will always remember her wonderfu smile and her laugh. My thoughts and prayers are with the family.
