Elle fut précédée par ses parents Roland (1991) et Marguerite (Roy) Proulx (2003). Elle laisse dans le deuil de la parenté et des amis hors province ainsi que ses amis du Manitoba. Francine est née le 31 ao t 1954 à Saint-Louis de Pintendre, Québec. Elle était fille unique. Elle est déménagée à Sainte-Anne, Manitoba avec ses parents en 1990. Au fil des années, elle a travaillé pour divers employeurs. Depuis l'an 2000, elle était employée comme concierge au service de la Division scolaire Rivière Seine River. Francine était une travailleuse fiable et soucieuse d'accomplir du travail de qualité. Conformément à ses souhaits, l'incinération a déjà eu lieu. A Memorial Service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 26, 2013 at Birchwood Funeral Chapel, Steinbach, Manitoba. Ash interment at a later date at the Ste. Anne Parish Cemetery.
