• My mother was so full of life, determination and vigor, and the memories that I hold within my mind will live forever in my heart. In my heart of hearts, I truly believe that she shared a different connection with each of her 8 children. I am ever so grateful and thankful to have had her as a mother, and know that while I can no longer enjoy her in the physical, it is my memories of her that have imparted a wonderful and indelible print of love, selflessness, joy and laughter within my heart, that will help me through this massive emptiness her passing has left. There is no question of the amazing legacy my mother leaves behind, and my life is so much richer and blessed for it. • I was so upset to her of Mrs. Irving's passing. Growing up, I spent many days in her household. This obituary could not be more correct in its' description of Mrs. Irving. She was one of the strongest women I have ever known. She was loving, intelligent and when faced with adversary she would forge ahead. I remember her dedication to her children and the conversations I would have with her at her kitchen table. She will never know the impact she had on my life and the lessons I learned from her.
