Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryPHIL (PHILIAS) PAQUIN July 8, 1930 - January 26, 2013 After a lengthy illness Phil Paquin passed away in his 83rd year at the Victoria General Hospital. Phil was predeceased by his parents, Jules and Antoinette, brothers Joseph, Ted and Peter, and sisters Jeannette, Bernice and Bertha. He is survived by his brothers Ronald and Hector (Shirley), sisters Annette, Cecile, Nina, Alice (Dave) and Diane (Eugene), sister-in-law Doris, as well as numerous nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
