I only knew Guy for a short time as we shared a room at HSC following our surgeries in May of last year. He was such a nice man. I could not have picked a better person to be with at that time. I was down a bit after having a setback of my own and he was so supportive and seemed more worried about me than he was about himself. He talked to me like a father would. I will always be grateful for that. My most sincere sympathy to Shirley and all of his family. - Posted by: Tracy Wiwchar (Shared a room with Guy at HSC on 5th floor) on: Feb 02, 2013

I have many fond memories of golfing at Cottonwood Golf Course when Guy owned it. It was always a pleasure to chat with Guy about the Golf Games that I enjoyed in the company of John Marcoux, Carl Birston and Bill Antymniuk. The course held the honour of being the first to open the golf season which is a sincere tribute to the manner in which Guy maintained the course especially the "Greens". On July 27, 1992 Carl and I enjoyed our best game of Golf (I had 75 and Carl a 76) ... it truly was a memorable day; thanks to Guy. Guy may you rest in Peace. - Posted by: Andy Leochko (Customer at the Cottonwood Golf Course.) on: Jan 30, 2013
