Gertrude is predeceased by her husband Albert; sisters Alice, Irene, Rolly, Annette, Aline and Juliette; brother Louis; daughter Noella and her grandchild Ceara. She is survived by her, sister Thersa; sons Julien, Marcel (Aline), Denis (Dorothy), Peter, Richard (Laurie); daughters Claire (Luis) and Rosanne. She also leaves behind a great many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 5, 2013, at Green Acres Funeral Home, Highway #1 East at Navin Rd. I have very fond memories of being at Claire's house when her Mom was making home made bread - we would sit and wait for it to come out of the oven and slice right into it.
