Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMARGARETE REMPEL Margarete Rempel passed away peacefully at the age of 92, on Sunday, February 3, 2013 at Donwood Manor Personal Care Home. Left to cherish her memory are son Herb Rempel (Margaret); daughter Anne Epp; son-in-law Peter Penner; daughter-in-law Ruth Rempel; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; two sisters-in-law; nephews and nieces. Margarete was predeceased by her parents; husband Abram; daughter Frieda Penner; son Erwin Rempel; and son-in-law Werner Epp. The family is grateful to Donwood Manor Personal Care Home staff, on the first floor, for the loving and compassionate care Mom received while in their care. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 7, 2013 at 10:30 a.m. at North Kildonan Mennonite Church, 1131 Roch Street, with viewing prior to the service. Interment at Elmwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Donwood Manor Personal Care Home.

As I remember your mother I can't help but smile. I think of how she gracefully moved her hand and her lovely smile. I pray that you have comfort knowing she is now hearing the most beautiful music ever and walking with her Savior. My thoughts and prayers are with you during this time and especially today. I am so sorry to be unable to come to the funeral but will continue to think of you in the days ahead.
