Condolences & Memories (4 entries)

  • Loved listening to the color commentary and doing the post game analysis of Eugene's grandson's (Taylor) hockey games! Great guy, always there watching. - Posted by: Rob & Cathy Walker (friends of Jolene & Carlisle) on: Feb 19, 2013

  • I will always remember Eugene as a very friendly & outgoing person. Gene loved to reminisce about the good old days around Laurier & McCreary - especially Hockey. Even after the initial treatments he received he remained spirited & positive that things would turn out OK. Our sympathy to you Jose & family. You were blessed with a wonderful Husband & Father. Our thoughts & prayers are with you. Pat & Anne Letain - Posted by: Pat & Anne Letain (Friends) on: Feb 18, 2013

  • While we did not have the opportunity of knowing Gene and Josette personally, we came to know them very well through their daughter, Joelle. Joelle has had a lifelong friendship with our daughter, Kelly, and as such, she is like a third daughter to us. Our most sincere thoughts and prayers go out to the entire family at this time and we pray that the wonderful memories you have made over Gene's lifetime will sustain you in the coming days/weeks/months. The vase may shatter - but the scent of the rose will linger forever. Fondly, Terri and Paul Petit - Posted by: Terri and Paul Petit (Friends of Joelle and Joey) on: Feb 18, 2013

  • Mes sympathie Josette...il va te manquer surtout en ce temps de l'annee qui est Le Festival. Il est partie danse en haut avec d'autres amis.
