Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryZOFIA KIJANKO On February 17, 2013 at Seven Oaks Hospital, Zofia Kijanko passed away peacefully at the age of 88. Zofia was born on June 13, 1924 in province Vilno, Poland. She came to Canada in 1947 and became a Canadian citizen in 1955. Zofia was predeceased by her husband Konrad in September 2010. Zofia and Konrad met in Winnipeg and were later married at Holy Ghost Church in July 1950. They enjoyed their life together and especially their time at Nutimik Lake with the many friends they made over the years. Sincere thank to the staff of Holy Family Nursing Home for their loving care of Zofia. Service will be held on Friday, February 22, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. Interment to follow in Holy Ghost Cemetery.
