WILLIAM TAX We sadly announce the passing of William Tax on February 21, 2013, beloved husband of the late Esther Tax. Funeral services will be held Friday, February 22, 2013 at 11:15 a.m. at Congregation Etz Chayim, 123 Matheson Ave., Winnipeg. Longer obituary to follow.
