John was a man with strong principles, caring, humble and dedicated to teachers. He was quiet but highly effective in defending teachers. Those of us who worked with him as either President of the Manitoba Teachers' Society or as a MTS staff officer admired him for his persistence, success and loyalty. Our prayers and sympathies are with his family. Aubrey and Linda Asper, MTS Past Presidents and MTS staff colleagues - Posted by: Aubrey and Linda Asper (colleague and friend) on: Mar 14, 2013

Mr Enns was a great teacher and taught us to love classical music. He played his own records to us and we learned alot from him. He commanded respect from his students and we just had to see the look in his eyes to know we better shape up. God rest his soul! - Posted by: Eldon and June ( Spalding) Wiebe (High School Teacher) on: Mar 14, 2013
