CECILE BOREAN (nee NEDOMYS) Cecile Borean (Nedomys) was born May 3, 1922 on the family farm in Cloverleaf, MB and passed away at Holy Family Nursing Home on March 16, 2013 at the age of 90 years. Cecile was predeceased by her parents John and Josephine (Jessie) Nedomys, sisters Agnes, Frances, Catherine, Anne and Winnifred Toussaint, brother Vincent and brother- in-law Peter Litkowitch. Surviving are her sisters Violet Nedomys and Beverley Litkowich, brother-in-law Louis Toussaint, one nephew and nine nieces and their families. In keeping with her wishes cremation has taken place, with interment at Brookside Cemetery, 3001 Notre Dame Ave. at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 21, 2013. Flowers are gratefully declined. For those who wish, remembrance and/or donations may be sent to Holy Family Nursing Home, 165 Aberdeen Avenue, Winnipeg, MB, R2W 1T9. Heartfelt thanks and sincere gratitude are extended to the staff and care givers on the third floor at Holy Family Nursing Home, who sustained her in their friendly and compassionate environment as she departed from this life.
