Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMARGARET KEYSERS (nee KJALDGAARD) Beloved wife of John Keysers passed away on Saturday, March 23, 2013, with family at her side, in the Glenboro Hospital at the age of 82 years old. Left to cherish her memory are husband John; brother Roy; children Shirley (Doug Post), Frank (Cindy) Keysers, Cindy (Bill Skanderberg); grandchildren Kevin, Trevor, Pamela, Jared, Andrea and Amy; great-grandchildren Cydney, William, Jayden, Khloe, Elizabeth, Scarlett and Torsten. She is predeceased by parents Jim and Mary Kjaldgaard; brother Jim, and grandson Michael Skanderberg. Margaret, our mother was born April 30, 1930 in Langruth, Manitoba. Mom married John Keysers December 7, 1950 and resided on the Keysers' family farm in Westbourne Municipality until her passing. It was here they raised their family. Mom was actively involved in the Roman Catholic Church (C.W.L.), Ladies Legion Auxiliary Branch #189, Plumas Curling Club and the Plumas Seniors to which she generously donated food to numerous events in the community. Mom had a strong work ethic, great sense of humour and completely devoted to her husband, family and community. She took great pride in all her involvements and accomplishments. Her many interests and hobbies included gardening, cooking, canning, mini golf, crocheting, sewing, camping, fishing and of course the family tradition of making sausage and cabbage rolls. She looked forward to the many day trips down her adventure trails passing on to her family the importance of nature and wildlife. Mom's door was always open to family and friends with ample amounts of food and drinks for everyone. Mom never did anything in half measures. It was all or nothing. She was not afraid to stand up for what she believed in and to voice her opinion. There will be a Prayer Service held on Tuesday, March 26, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. at St. Dominic's Catholic Church in Neepawa, MB. A Funeral Mass will be held Wednesday, March 27, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. at St. Dominic's in Neepawa with interment at Plumas Cemetery. Lunch will follow at the Plumas Community Hall. Mom, our family loves you with all of our hearts and we will miss you with every breath we take. Clarke's Funeral Home, Gladstone in care of arrangements. www.clarkesfuneralhome.com
