  • I really miss my dad, all the talks and advice he would give. He has always been a big part of my life and I feel lost without him. I love you dad and think about you all the time. It is now Christmas Eve and this is the time we would exchange gifts and you would have cookies for the grandkids. I thank god for the time we had together. I will love you forever, like you for always as long as I'm living my daddy you'll be - Posted by: Melanie (Daughter) on: Dec 24, 2013

  • I first met George years ago when he came to Assiniboine Park Zoo where he worked the nightshift with a work ethic second to none. George won several awards setting the bar very high for those that followed. When he retired we would meet for breakfast and solve all the problems of the world and when I got tired of talking George would take over and spin the tail his way and man could he tell a story. I'm sorry I missed a celebration of his life. Georgie, I'll miss you, see you down the road...... - Posted by: Brad Power (Friend) on: Jun 11, 2013
