On behalf of the United Steeples Pastoral Charge located in the village of Stanstead, Quebec in The Eastern Townships we wish to extend our sincere condolences. Rev Joycey served the area for many years and was much loved by many. His contribution to the youth is still remembered and spoke of with fondness. We were truly sorry and saddened to hear of his passing. We were also glad to have Rev. Joycey to pass through our lives. We are richer for it.
