FRANCES (FRANK) RICHARD WADE It is with deep sadness the family announces the passing of Frank on April 13, 2013 at the Health Sciences Centre. A memorial service will be held on Friday, April 19, 2013 at 12:30 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street. Burial to follow at All Saints Cemetery, 4535 Main Street. 204-586-8044
