DOUGLAS OWEN FORD February 22, 1943 - April 15, 2013 It is with heartfelt sadness that our family announces the passing of our beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend, Douglas Owen Ford at the age of 70 years. Left to cherish Doug's memory are his wife Dorothy; daughters, Tanis and Shawna (Joe); grandchildren, Nicholas, Anny, and Frances; sister, Dallas (Tom), and brother Ruston. Doug loved his family very much, and enjoyed wonderful times spent together. In compliance with Doug's wishes, no formal service will be held. Friends and family are welcome to pay their respects on Sunday, April 21, 2013, between 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. at the family residence. If friends so desire, donations may be made to the St. Boniface Hospital Foundation, 409 Tache Avenue, Winnipeg, MB R2H 2A6.
