Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryPATRICIA IRENE BAKER 1927 - 2013 Peacefully on April 18, 2013, Patricia Irene Baker passed away at the Misericordia Place at the age of 87. Patricia was predeceased by her loving parents Annie and Tom Baker and long time friend Arthur Cleary. Patricia was a kind, patient person who always saw the positive side of people and situations. She will be lovingly remembered by her family, friends and neighbours. God grant me the serenity To accept the things I cannot change Courage to change the things I can Wisdom to know the difference A service to remember and celebrate Patricia's life will be held on Friday, April 26, 2013, at 2:00 p.m. at Misericordia Place, 44 Furby Street. A private interment will be held. Our heartfelt thanks to the wonderful staff at Misericordia Place for their patience and kindness shown to her during her time there.
