We had the pleasure of getting to know Joyce when we were involved in the planning of the Bernard family reunion in St. Claude a few years ago. We enjoyed the visits we had with her and the information she was able to give for the Bernard family book. She will be missed. Our sympathy to her family. - Posted by: Liliane & Gilbert Bernard (extended family) on: Apr 24, 2013
