Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryGRACE ANN ROY (nee GLUCKI) After a brief battle with cancer Grace passed away on April 22, 2013 at the Teulon Hunter Memorial Hospital, at the age of 63, with family by her side. Left to cherish her memories are daughter Tammy, brothers Ted (Shirley), Allan (Connie), Randy (Karen), sister-in-law Jan, numerous nephews and nieces, stepchildren Chris (Karen), Paul, Pat (Jon), Cathy and their families. She was predeceased by her husband John, parents Steve and Jean, brothers Edward and Ray, and sister-in-law Lynda. Grace was born on January 14, 1950 in Teulon. She grew up in the Balmoral area with her four brothers. She spent 15 years working at Winnipeg Photo before she met John Roy. Grace married John on August 31, 1989 and she began her life on the farm in Bagot, MB. She enjoyed gardening, photography, painting, playing cards and spending time with family and friends. She loved continuing the tradition of making cabbage rolls and perogies that was passed on by her mother. Grace spent many afternoons filling cabbage roll orders for her family. A memorial service will be held on Friday, May 3, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at the Christ the King Catholic Church in Stonewall. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Southwest District Palliative Care, Box 1282, Stonewall, MB R0C 2Z0. The family would like to express their sincerest gratitude to family and friends for their support during this time. Tammy, so sorry to hear about your Mom's passing. I will miss our monthly phone calls to each other. We have wonderful paintings that your Mom did.
