DAVID WILLIAM ALBERT HENRY It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of David Henry on Monday, April 22, 2013, at the age of 58, at the Riverview Health Centre. David will be forever loved and missed by his wife Louise, sons James, Scott, Mark (Meagan) and Joey (Kristin), grandchildren Jayla, Amélie and Nicolas, sisters Joy (Rudy) Warkentin, Shona Cote, brother Darryl (Moira) Henry, as well as numerous nieces, nephews and special friends. He was predeceased by his father Bill, grandparents Albert and Lillian Henry, and sister Sandra Paul. At the time of his passing David was employed by Winnipeg Transit. He was a very devoted husband, father and grandfather. His greatest pleasures included spending time with family and his life-long friends. David had many interests including hockey, motocross, racing and gardening. The family would like to express their sincere gratitude to the staff at Riverview Health Centre, 3 East Palliative Care Unit for the exceptional and compassionate care extended to David during his stay. Cremation has taken place and a private family memorial will be held at a later date. If friends so desire, donations may be made in David's memory to Riverview Health Centre Foundation, One Morley Avenue, Winnipeg, MB R3L 2P4 or a charity of one's choice.
