LORNA PALMER WADDINGTON (nee ESDALE) Peacefully, on April 24, 2013 at West Park Manor, Lorna passed away. Born August 26, 1917 in Edmonton, Lorna moved to Winnipeg after her Father was transferred here. She worked alongside her Father at his printing company for many years. Lorna loved golf and played at many golf courses, a fond memory being her "hole in one". She was very active in Westminster United Church and volunteered her services in many capacities. Lorna was predeceased by her loving husband, Keith, in 1993, her nine siblings and niece Wendy. She is survived and will be missed by her nephew, Ken and his daughters, Tammy (Matt), Tara (Kerry) and their children, and her friend Tom. Lorna also leaves behind many nieces and nephews. The family wishes to thank the dedicated staff at West Park Manor for the care and comfort they gave Lorna. In keeping with Lorna's wishes, cremation has taken place and a private family service will be held.
