Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMIKE LYSAK March 21, 1937 - May 2, 2013 It is with great sorrow that we announce the sudden passing of our beloved brother and uncle on May 2, 2013 at Arborg, Manitoba. Mike was predeceased by his parents, Peter and Katherine, and sister Mary. Mike grew up on the family farm in Broad Valley, Manitoba. In his early 20s Mike left the farm to work at Chyzy Sales in Arborg as apprentice mechanic. He attended the Manitoba Technical Institute and received his Mechanic's Diploma. At this time, he relocated to Winnipeg and worked there till 1998. In his retirement Mike moved back to Arborg where he enjoyed helping family members fix tractors and machinery, spending time with friends and family. He could be seen at the local Chicken Chef having coffee. He will be sadly missed by his brother, George (Audrey) Lysak, and his many nephews and nieces and their children. At Mike's request a private family celebration of his life will be held at MacKenzie Funeral Home in Arborg on Saturday, May 11, 2013 with burial to follow at Broad Valley Cemetery.
