Father to Mark, Lee (Rose), Clayton (Leisa), and Kent; Papa to Ryan (Laura) and Bob; Great Papa to Carson and Owen. A special thanks to Doctor David Haligowski for all his care, especially the last ten years. Thank you to all at St. Boniface Hospital both in the emergency and on 6E. You were wonderful to him and his family his last few days. Thank you also to all the paramedics and all who attended to him at home over the last few years. Cremation has taken place and at his request there will be no service. A donation to the Heart and Stroke or a No Kill shelter in his memory would be appreciated. I have known Al pretty much all my life and we were neighbours when we were growing up. I always thought that he and his twin sister, Marguerite, were really cool, as I had never seen or met twins before. I also admired his carvings, which were extremely good. We will miss him and extend our best wishes to Carol and family. Our deepest condolences, Joyce (nee Bemi) & Chic Seabrook - Posted by: Joyce Seabrook (nee Bemi) (Friend) on: May 19, 2013

I have many good memories of my oldest brother, too many to list. He had a great sense of humour, and loved his family. Over the last 10 years he has carved me a few ornaments which I will always treasure. - Posted by: Leona Strong (sister) on: May 14, 2013
