Mrs. Tippen was one of those wonderful ladies who leaves the world a better and happier place because of her love, many genuine acts of kindness and her unique, gentle, caring ways. All who met Mildred were touched by her grace, humility, good humor and quiet sense of presence. One always looked forward to seeing her at family gatherings. She was always so interested in others and kind to our girls, always giving her encouraging words. It was an honour to have known Mildred and Fred, such great citizens and family people. May they rest in peace. Our heartfelt sympathy goes out to the whole family in Manitoba and Alberta.
