Judy leaves behind her loving husband of 47 years Gary; daughters Kelly (Corey) and family Kaylee, Micky and Tykira, Heather (Chad) and family Nicole, Braydon and Madison also her nieces, nephew, cousins and numerous friends. Judy was predeceased by her father George Greig, mother Mildred and brother George Jr. Judy lived a full life of love and happiness, she recently retired from Sobey's after 10 years of service and made lifelong friends there and enjoyed her time at Sobey's. Judy also volunteered her time for many years at the Prairie Dog Central where she took her fireman exam and became the second woman to fire the old steam engine train, which she was very proud of. Judy worked for the Winnipeg Jets for eight years and loved the sport of hockey. Judy was known for her amazing hockey collection, which she took great pride in building. She enjoyed spending time with her six grandchildren and taking them to movies and having sleepovers, we will miss her Sunday family suppers, which she loved to prepare for the family. The family would like to thank the staff at the Health Sciences Centre for the care they provided for our beloved mom. It was an honor to have met Judy all those years ago. It was a privilege to have Kelly bring me to her parents home on numerous occasions, and to be in an environment with such kindness and love. Judy was a fine example of what a loving mother, grandmother, mother-in-law, and a friend could be. I will always remember her happy smile, witty sense of humor, and a gentle kindness that she had. She made people feel good about themselves and always made you feel welcome. I won't forget her as she was truly one of a kind!! R.I.P. Mrs. Olson!! - Posted by: Haylee (family friend) on: May 23, 2013

My family is very sorry to hear of Judy's passing. We only met Judy this past February when my father passed away but I've known Heather since grade school. Your mom was a dear soul and I am so sorry for your loss. - Posted by: Michelle Sweeney (Acquaintance) on: May 21, 2013
