Our sympathy is sent your way. Jean was a dear friend of many and was always interested in their lives. We enjoyed many visits over coffee and dinner at the Chicken Coral. Enjoy the memories and hold them dear. - Posted by: Lynda and Bill Nicholson and Beth Anderson #401 Elks Manor (Friends) on: Jun 11, 2013

Marg, Karen, Kathi, & Neil: So sorry to hear of your Mother's passing. Will be thinking about you and remembering all the great times we had in the 'Glenholm Days'. Life was much simpler then. Those were the best of times. Bless you all. - Posted by: Jerry Thompson (Friend of the Family from Glenholm days.) on: Jun 10, 2013

We've been long-time friends of Kathi and Marg and met their mother, Jean, along the way. She was such a kind, considerate, caring woman and a great dancer. I remember at Kathi's debut synthetic flower business, some of us girls stayed to the wee hours of the morning.....Marg played the piano and Jean and I danced. Consequently, because of the entertainment and perhaps a few extra drinks, I spent a lot of money at the flower arrangement debut and then had to tell Don. His response was.......I bet Kathi made sure her mother danced with to put you in a better spending mood! Ha! Ha! Jean always made her children's friends feel welcome and was fun to be around. Jean was a great mentor and model for her kids.......that's why they grew up to be such nice individuals. We KNOW Jean will be missed by many, many people. - Posted by: Don and Yvonne Tardiff (Family Friend) on: Jun 10, 2013
