Viewing will be held from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., with Prayers on Friday, June 21, 2013 at Neil Bardal Funeral Centre, 3030 Notre Dame Avenue, west of Red River College. Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, June 22 at Neil Bardal Funeral Centre, with interment at Brookside Cemetery. Longer obituary notice to follow Wednesday. My sincere condolences to all of you. Walter was a terrific boss and a very dear friend. You knew that he would be there for you if you ever needed him. I will miss his great big cheerful smile as I walked through the door every day and can still hear him saying "I owe you a lunch - at Red Lobster". Walter was very dedicated to his work and very proud of what he had accomplished in his lifetime. He battled his disease with such courage and dignity.
