WILLIAM JOSEPH BEAUCHAMP Peacefully, on June 19, 2013, William Joseph Beauchamp passed away with family at his side. He was predeceased by his loving wife Shirley and his parents, Ellen and Leo. He will be lovingly remembered by his brother Gerald (Terry), his sons Guy, William, and Bob (Joanne), daughters Debra and Joy (Robert), his grandchildren Iain, Thomas, Erin, Liam, Cole and Luke, and many loving relatives and good friends. Bill was born on December 24, 1929 in Gull Lake, SK. He lived his early years in Maple Creek and Swift Current before moving to Melfort where, as a young man, he met the love of his life, Shirley. They married on July 2, 1952, starting their family in Melfort before moving to Saskatoon, and later Winnipeg, where Bill and Shirley made many lifelong friends while remained close to loved ones back home. After a very successful career in sales, Bill retired as Regional Sales Manager with Kimberly-Clark. Bill loved curling and was a wonderful skip with an uncanny ability to read the ice. He enjoyed fishing at the cottage at Tannis Lake, where he and Shirley shared many wonderful times with family and friends. On July 2, 2002, Bill and Shirley celebrated 50 years of marriage. Bill's good humour and vibrant spirit touched all who knew him. Funeral Mass will be held at Holy Rosary Church on Monday, June 24 at 1:00 p.m. with Fr. Michael Koryluk presiding.
