CONNIE LOUISE ARTIMOWICH (nee JOHNSON) It is with great sadness that on June 19, 2013, with family at her side, that Connie Louise Artimowich sadly passed away after a lengthy illness at the age of 59 years old. Connie Artimowich was born, raised and married in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Born on April 25, 1954, to Hazel and Sam Johnson, Connie was then married to Albert Artimowich for 40 years and had three children; Roland, Steven and Marni. Connie is survived by her husband, her children and grandchildren Andrew, Noah, Caelin and Eva as well as her brothers and sisters: Randy, Kim (Marilyn), Stewart (Donna), Lori, Darlene (Harry), Wendy (Fred), Darcy and Heather (Garry) and brothers-in-law Joseph and Gordon and sister-in-law Carol. She was also survived by her mother-in-law Rose Lavallee, Aunty Scott, and uncle Mickey and Larry as well as nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Connie was predeceased by her parents Hazel and Sam, Aunty Maureen, Emily, Edna, father-in-law Fred and sister-in-law Dianne. Connie enjoyed being able to spend quality time raising her children. She loved travelling with her husband and camping with her children. She also enjoyed arts and crafts and decorating the house. Connie especially loved her most recent trips to the Grand Canyon and to Australia for her daughter's wedding. A Service to be held on June 25, 2013, at 10:00 a.m. with interment and luncheon to follow at Glen Eden Funeral Home, 4477 Main St., West St. Paul, Manitoba, R4A 2A8.
