ILONA BARTHA On June 24, 2013, Ilona Bartha beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother passed away at home, age 85. She was predeceased by her husband Ervin, and is survived by sons: Ervin and Elek of Winnipeg, Zoltan of Chilliwack, BC and their respective spouses Deborah, Joan and Ingrid. Grandchildren include Matthew, Christina, Jason, Adrian, Nikki, Heart and Harmony. She was dearly loved by all who knew her. Dynamic, energetic, creative, generous, loyal, extremely hard working and loving, Ilona and her lifelong love, husband Ervin were inseparable in every endeavor and adventure. Their lives were bigger than words can describe. Among many skills, Ilona was an amazing cook and baker; her dobos tortas were legendary at Folklorama! We are all grateful to have known her strength, wisdom and unfailing love. Thank you for being who you were Mom, Uma, friend and neighbour. You will always be a blessed living part of us. Service will be held on Friday, June 28 at 2:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. Interment will follow at Glen Eden. Cropo Funeral Chapel 204-586-8044
