Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMARY THOMPSON (nee WEBB) It is with deep sadness the family announces the passing of their beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great- great-grandmother, Mary Ann Thompson, at the age of 101 on June 24, 2013. Her earthly presence will be sadly missed and her memory will always be cherished by David (Evelyn), Jim (Marlene), nieces Barbara Webb of Winnipeg and Ann Fitzwilliam (Buddy) of New Orleans, grandchildren Kimberly Schau (Chuck), Susan Thompson (Gerald Peterson), David Thompson, Laurie Scarce (John), Andrea Fletcher (Shawn), Shawn Thompson (Jackie), (Alice Thompson) and all her great-grandchildren. Mary was a good friend to all who knew her, especially the remaining members of her life-long friends in the Cinderella's Club, her group of friends in the Courts of St. James and over the last few years at the St. James Kiwanis Courts. Mary was predeceased by her husband George, brothers Bill and Arthur, sisters Ethel Alex, Daisy McDuffe and Florence McDuffe. She will be missed by all who were close to her. Memorial service will be held at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home Wednesday, July 3 at 2:00 p.m. 4000 Portage Ave. In lieu of flowers if friends so desire, a donation may be made to the Salvation Army.
