Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryWALDO FUCHS June 8, 1944 - June 28, 2013 Following a courageous battle with cancer, with beloved family members by his side, Waldo passed away peacefully on June 28, 2013 at the Ste. Anne Hospital. Waldo will be lovingly remembered by his wife Marjorie and her six children Marielle (Denis) Gauthier, Mariette (Greg Peters) Lambert, Beatrice Dueck, Adeline (Dan Potvin) Lambert, Collette (Ed) Unrau and Victor (Christina) Lambert, 16 grandchildren, and 25 great-grandchildren. He will also be remembered by his sisters Minnie Chomokovski, Viola Friesen, Marianne Begalke, and Helen (Jake) Woelke. Waldo was predeceased by his parents Annie and Emil Fuchs, brothers Abe, Leonard, Carl, and three brothers in infancy. He was also predeceased by his brothers-in-law Steve Chomokovski, Dick Friesen, Walter Begalke, and son-in-law David Dueck. In keeping with Waldo's wishes, there will be no public funeral service. A private family service was held at Birchwood Funeral Chapel, preceded by the interment of cremated remains at Grunthal Cemetery.
