Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMARIA (MARY) BEREZNYCKY November 17, 1924 - July 8, 2013 Peacefully, Mary passed away on Monday, July 8, 2013 at the age of 88. She was predeceased by her husband Andrew; daughter-in-law Sharon; grandsons, Darryl and Drew. She leaves to mourn her son John (Karen); grandson David; granddaughter Bonnie Hunter (Jon); and great-grandchildren, Kaiden, Tarryn and Brie-Lynn. Mary was born in Kiev, Ukraine. She met and married Andrew in Germany. They immigrated to Canada in 1952 and settled in Winnipeg. Mary worked in the cleaning and sewing industry. After retiring, she spent hours tending to her vegetable garden and rows of flowers that surrounded her house. A Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, July 12, 2013 at St. Nicholas Ukrainian Church, 737 Bannerman Avenue. Flowers are gratefully declined. 204-586-8044
