Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryROSE (ROSIE) CHYCHALUK (nee DUTKEWICH) December 28, 1910 July 11, 2013 Peacefully on July 11, 2013 "Rosie" passed away peacefully in her sleep at the age of 102, at her cherished home for the past five years, Heritage Lodge Personal Care Home. Rose was born December 28, 1910 to Pete and Antonia Dutkewich She married Matt Chychaluk in January 1928. They resided in Rossburn, Manitoba until 1935, when they then moved to Grandview, Manitoba and farmed there until their retirement in 1967. Upon retirement they relocated to Winnipeg, Manitoba. Rose had two sons; Stanley and Lloyd. Rose was predeceased by her husband Matt who passed away on January 17, 1982, Her son Stanley on February 12, 2008, her sisters Alice Mastkiw, Helen Huta, and Jean Mardynalka, her brother Walter Dutkewich and her daughter-in-law Jean on December 19, 1994 Rose leaves to mourn her passing her son Lloyd of Winnipeg as well as numerous nieces and nephews. A service in "Rosie's" memory will be held on Tuesday, July 16, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at Thomson Funeral Home, 669 Broadway.
