Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryFLORENTINA CRUZ (nee GALMAN) 1939 - 2013 It is with great sadness the family would like to announce the passing of Florentina Cruz, beloved wife of Ricardo, on Tuesday, July 16, 2013 at Seven Oaks Hospital at the age of 74. She is predeceased by her parents Mariano and Maria Galman, siblings Belen, Selvino, Juanito, Macario, Lina Capiral, and Policarpio. She will be lovingly remembered by her husband, Ricardo, children Carina (Doug) Thiessen, Carol, Alberto (Melanie) Cruz, grandchildren Tiara, Geness, Halley, Gabriella, and Roland, brothers Cornelio (Leonida) Galman and Antero Galman, sisters Leonila Sual, Julie (Chito) Bella, and Met (Rody) Bautista, and many nephews, nieces, and cousins across Canada and in the Philippines. Lamay will be held on Saturday, July 20, 2013 from 6:00 p.m. to 12:00 midnight at Glen Eden Funeral Home, 4477 Main Street. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, July 23, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Peter's Roman Catholic Church, 748, Keewatin St. Interment will follow at Glen Eden Memorial Gardens, 4477 Main St. The Family would like to thank Seven Oaks Dialysis and Maples Personal Care Home staff for the care of "Nanay".
