I got to know Sid in 1974 when I started to work at Flyer Industries. Sid was a great human being and a great trade unionist who did his very best to look after the union members in the workplace. Because of Sid I spent the next 39 years in the service of the union in many different capacities. I never forgot Sid and will always remember him as a very compassionate person and a great trade unionist. Thank you Sid.
