FRANCES BIRCH Peacefully, in her 91st year Frances Birch passed away at Parkview Place, 440 Edmonton Street, Winnipeg, MB on July 22, 2013. A special thanks to all the staff of Parkview Place for the exceptional care that Frances received during her many years of residence at Parkview. If friends so desire a donation may be made to a charity of their choice in memory of Frances. In keeping with Frances's wishes cremation has taken place and a private graveside service will be held in the future. Frances was a wonderful aunt and person who will be forever missed.
