Date of Passing: Jul 31, 2013
Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryAGATHA SUSAN WASYLOWSKI May 28, 1928 - July 31, 2013 In the arms of her daughters, supported by her family, Aggie joined her husband Mike in the Kingdom of Heaven. She will be lovingly remembered by her children Gail (Ray) Litke, Chris (Tom) Handkamer, Zena Wasylowski, Michele (Wayne Mezzo), grandchildren Travis, Kevin, Melissa, Amanda, Kate and numerous family members. Aggie was born in Cromwell, MB. At the age of 13 she moved to Winnipeg where she worked various jobs until she met and married the love of her life Mike. She worked caringly and diligently raising her family. Soon after, she began a career as a Teacher's Aide for the Winnipeg School Division. Once retired, Mom spent her time at the cottage in Matlock, gardening, and mall walking enjoying her time with friends over coffee and tea biscuits. Mom was a gentle loving soul who led an exceptional life as a devoted mother, grandmother and friend. She touched the hearts of many and will be sadly missed. A Celebration of her Life will be held at Glen Eden Funeral Home on Tuesday, August 6, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. with viewing at 9:00 a.m. with Fr. Michael Kwiatkowski officiating. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to a charity of your choice. She flew up to heaven on the wings of angels By the clouds and stars and passed where no one sees And she walks with Jesus and her loved ones waiting And I know she's smiling saying Don't worry bout me - A. Our deepest sympathies on the passing of your Mother and Grandmother. Aggie was a wonderful neighbour to our family when we all lived on Armstrong Avenue in the 1950's. She raised a great family with Mike and was very proud of her children. - Posted by: Theresa O'Toole (Ukraince) (Family friend) on: Aug 05, 2013
