Ted, Eleanor, Harold, and Robert. John and I were deeply saddened to hear of your mother's passing. We have many fond memories - the last one when we were in Winnipeg 2005. We attended the church together to hear the men's choir in which you sang, Ted. Then we spent a wonderful day going out for lunch, going for a drive to Osborne and Glenlea, and finally back to her appartment for coffee. What a wonderful visit we had! Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you. With our deepest sympathy, Erna & John Lenzmann Abbotsford, B.C. - Posted by: Erna & John Lenzmann (cousin) on: Nov 16, 2013

The Charlotte Barg's family - Ted, Eleanor, Harold, and Robert. It was with sadness that I heard of Charlotte's passing. I have fond memories visiting the Bargs on their farm when I was a child, living in Manitoba. I also remember Peter and Charlotte's tour across Canada in the summer of 1977 while teaching at UBC. Charlotte's radiant smile and joy she expressed about her children and grandchildren was noted. She was so proud of each of them. Hers was a life well lived, well loved, and a life that will be deeply missed. (Sandra, my wife, passed away on June 30, 2013 and is missed so much. The prayers and thoughts expressed by family, and friends mean so much). May God's promises bring comfort to your soul and peace to your heart. Jesus said.."I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in Me will live, even though he dies, and whosoever lives and believes in Me will never die." (John 11: 25,26.)
